We congratulate our Chef.Raj Mohan M.S., Head - Hotel Management and Catering Science department who is appearing regularly in popular cookery show "Anjaraipetty" cooking segment Chefs Special on Zee Tamizh Satellite TV Channel. Also, everyday he is airing the cooking tips and recipes on Radio Mirchi FM, Madurai since 2010. Recently he has launched the exclusive Indian Food tube channel "Food Tape" in association with youtube which features his brand new cooking videos.
